If you are a fan of the Firebird, Trans Am, GTO, Bonneville or other Pontiac automobile, you will not want to miss the car show in Pigeon Forge this weekend.
The 14th Annual Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge Car Show & Swap Meet is happening June 6-8 at the Music Road Hotel & Convention Center. With the weather looking fine and more than 120 Pontiacs already pre-registered for the car show, the event this year could break attendance records.
The car show kicks of Friday with Registration and Vendor Setup from 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. A free cookout will be held at 6:30 p.m. for those participants who pre-registered by April 30th.
Registration continues on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with judging beginning at 10:00 a.m. Entrants will parade their Pontiacs along a predetermined route during the Saturday Nite Cruise.
The car show awards presentation will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.
According to event promoter Mike Blackburn, Master Entertainment Group will be filming an episode of The Lokar Car Show for Velocity network at the event on Saturday.
Proceeds from the Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge Car Show & Swap Meet benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Music Road Hotel & Convention Center is located at 303 Henderson Chapel Rd in Pigeon Forge, TN.
