Art Crawl Fundraising Event to Benefit Downtown Sevierville

An event featuring fine food, spirits, music and art will raise money for historic Downtown Sevierville.

The Sevierville Commons Association is hosting an outdoor event on Thursday with proceeds going to beautification and promotion of the Sevierville Commons, the area between the rivers in Downtown Sevierville.

Art Crawl @ The Commons will be held at the Downtown Gazebo on Bruce St. in Sevierville on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. This is an adult event that will showcase Sevier County wineries and distilleries by pairing five wines and five whiskeys with food from local suppliers and restaurants.

People attending this event will “crawl” or tour five tables to sample wine and whiskey in souvenir glasses and learn the reasons for pairing each beverage with the food selection. They will also enjoy live music and view artwork created by local students. The event will encourage participants to travel beyond the gazebo, as Downtown Sevierville will have been transformed into a gallery with more artwork displayed in business and store windows throughout the downtown area.

Tickets to Art Crawl @ The Commons are $50 per person. You can purchase tickets online or at Citizens National Bank locations in Sevierville. Citizens National Bank is sponsoring the event.

The Sevierville Commons Association is an organization dedicated to a vibrant and engaged Downtown Sevierville where citizens and visitors can come for professional and governmental services and enjoy shopping, dining and events.

This fundraiser will help the Sevierville Commons Association achieve their event hosting, downtown beautification, and marketing goals.
