Lumberjack Feud Holds Food Drive for Sevier County Food Ministries

Lumberjack Feud Dinner Show invites the residents of Sevier County and surrounding counties to enjoy the new Christmas show while participating in a food drive for local families in need.

The attraction Lumberjack Feud in Pigeon Forge is holding a Holiday Food Drive benefitting Sevier County Food Ministries. Residents of Sevier, Cocke, Blount, Jefferson and Knox Counties who donate four cans of food per person to the food drive from Nov. 1 through Nov. 20, 2014 will receive free admission to the show or may upgrade to the dinner show ticket for only $15.00 plus tax.

This is a family friendly dinner show featuring teams of real ESPN athletes and World Champion Timberdogs competing against each other in 18 different events. Be sure to arrive one hour before show time and enjoy the pre-show, a live bluegrass music performance from the Mountain Jacks.

Sevier County Food Ministries supplies food to more than 1,200 local families in need each week. The work of the ministry is especially important during the winter as many local residents see their work hours reduced, or become laid off completely, due to the lull in tourism. The organization funds its mission through donations and sales in its thrift store at 890 Old Knoxville Hwy. in Sevierville, TN.

Lumberjack Feud is located at 2713 Parkway in Pigeon Forge, TN. The attraction offers two shows daily, seven days a week. Call 865-428-8688 to make reservations, as seating is limited.

Check back often as other area attractions announce their own Sevier County Days specials.
