US-411 10-Mile Yard Sale in Sevierville

Spring 10-Mile Yard Sale in Sevierville Coming Up

The spring 10-Mile Yard Sale will be held 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 18, 2015 in Sevierville.

Vendor booths usually start near the Sevier Rescue Squad building on US-411 (Dolly Parton Parkway) and dot the roadside eastward along the 10-mile yard sale stretch towards Newport, Tenn.

Look for large vendor groups set up at Sevier County High School, Walgreens (corner of US-411 and SR-416), Foothills Furniture and Groceries & More. Houses in residential neighborhoods along the route often post yard sale signs directing shoppers down the side streets.

Please drive carefully. In some areas, shoppers park along the shoulder and dart across the roadway to reach yard sales on both sides of the road. Traffic congestion is common. If you must travel US-411 the day of the yard sale, please allow plenty of time to reach your destination or seek an alternate route such as Old Newport Highway to detour around the event.

10-Mile Yard Sale vendor spots are available for rent along the route at:

  • Sevier County High School
  • Bear Land Auction
  • Foothills Furniture
  • Paradise Salon
  • Sammy’s Auto Parts
  • Frasier’s Lumber
  • Great Rustic Furniture
  • Chip’s Antiques

For more information, visit the Sevier County “10 Mile Yard Sale” page on Facebook.

  1. 90% chance of rain…Is there a rain date? Will the show go on regardless? Also, is there a rod run that day?

  2. Is this not the week end for the Rod Run?( 17th &18th) If so I wouldn’t drive an hour and half to fight the traffic with all that going on too.

  3. Has anyone been to this or set up at it? I am interested in setting up & would love to know were the BEST place to do that is highest traffic that is?

The largest assemblage of vendors is at Sevier County High School. Many small vendors also set up in front of the Walgreens for free, but it is first come basis. Foothills Furniture also has many vendors.
