Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede is holding open call auditions for male and female performers to join their fast-paced production. Auditions will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2015 beginning at 10 a.m.
Dixie Stampede unveiled their new look earlier this year, pairing family fun and adventure with a fantastic, state-of-the-art show and feast. Those auditioning must be able to relate well to an audience, ride with agility and showmanship, and provide consistent performances and spectacular show quality to audiences of all ages. Additionally, candidates must have experience in performing arts, be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
“We’ve had a great start to the 2015 season and are looking to add more talented performers to our already stellar cast,” said Dixie Stampede Director of Marketing, Woody Peek. “We look forward to a strong local turnout and showcasing even more talented East Tennesseans in future shows.”
Auditions will be held at the Pigeon Forge Dixie Stampede location at 3849 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Upon arrival, candidates are asked to check in at the Box Office.
