“Not the easiest thing to find but all the locals can tell you exactly how to get there,” says Cheryl from Nottingham, England in her TripAdvisor review.

Dedicated on May 2, 1987, the Dolly Parton Statue was designed by local sculptor and artist Jim Gray and depicts Dolly as a young girl, seated on a rock and strumming her guitar. It has become a must-see for Dolly fans, stopping to be photographed with Sevierville’s favorite hometown girl.

Dolly proclaimed the dedication of the statue as her proudest moment in a CMT Special.

Residents and visitors alike have fun by taking their photo beside the Dolly Parton Statue. It is located at 125 Court Ave. in historic downtown Sevierville, Tenn. and just one of the fun things to do in Sevierville.
