King Family Library Plans Huge Book Sale to Make Way for Renovations

A huge used book sale is planned for June 11- 13, 2015 at King Family Library in Sevierville.

More than 30,000 books presently stored on the third floor of the King Family Library must be moved in the next few weeks to make way for library renovations.

King Family Library Book Sale hours are:

11 a.m. to 6 p.m. – Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. – Saturday, June 13

All three days will be Bag Days, when patrons may fill a bag with books for just $5. Bags are provided. Single books will cost $1 or less. A huge variety of fiction, non-fiction and children’s books are included.

The three Friends groups at King Family, Kodak and Seymour libraries split the book sale proceeds equally and use the money to support their local library.
