Almost Time for the Fall 10-Mile Yard Sale in Sevierville

The fall foliage is not the only thing to see in Sevier County during October. The fall 10-Mile Yard Sale is coming up and places along the route are already sold out of vendor spots.

The 10-Mile Yard Sale will be held 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17, 2015 in Sevierville, Tenn. This must see, one-day only yard sale stretches about ten miles along US-411 (Dolly Parton Parkway) in Sevierville, starting at the Sevier Rescue Squad building and heading towards Newport, Tenn.

Vendor booths can be found at homes and businesses along the 10-Mile Yard Sale route, with large groups assembled at:

  • Sevier County High School
  • Bear Land Realty & Auction
  • Foothills Furniture
  • Paradise Salon
  • Sammy’s Auto Parts
  • Frasier’s Lumber
  • Chip’s Antiques
  • Walgreens

Please drive carefully. In some areas, shoppers park along the shoulder and dart across the roadway to reach yard sales on both sides of the road. Traffic congestion is common. If you must travel US-411 the day of the yard sale, please allow plenty of time to reach your destination or seek an alternate route such as Old Newport Highway to detour around the event.
