Fall is in full swing, and Arrowcraft Shop in downtown Gatlinburg is rolling out a unique assortment of one of a kind fall crafts and decorations. Arrowcraft Shop dates back to 1930, when the Southern Highland Craft Guild was formed with other craft cooperatives and the shop has been providing mountain families a source of income from the sale of their handcrafted items ever since. As the holiday season approaches, folks are encouraged to stop by the shop and discover the unique basketry, pottery, woodcarving, glass works and other handmade items.
Arrowcraft Shop is located across from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies at traffic light #5, 576 Parkway in Gatlinburg, Tenn. and can be accessed via stairs from the Parkway and Cherokee Orchard Road. For more information about Arrowcraft Shop, call (865) 436-4604.
