Sevierville Police Make Arrests in E-Z Stop Robbery

Sevierville detectives say they have arrested the men they believe committed a robbery of the E-Z Stop store earlier this month.

Richard Trace Justus, 20, of Sevier County, and 21-year old Dustin Wade Moss of Cosby, Tenn. have been charged with aggravated burglary of the E-Z Stop, 851 Dolly Parton Parkway in Sevierville on Nov. 13, 2015.

A store employee told police that two suspects, one with a red bandana pulled over his nose and another with a black beanie covering his face and brandishing a knife, robbed the store and fled with an undisclosed amount of money. Police later released photos and video from surveillance cameras of two young men who visited the store earlier in the evening, whom they believed returned to commit the robbery.

“We thank you for all of the tips and information that helped our detectives identify and locate these two suspects,” the Sevierville Police Department said in a social media post.

All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
