Gatlinburg Farmers Market to Host Holiday Market

On Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. the Gatlinburg Farmers Market will host its first annual Holiday Market at the Covered Bridge indoors in space 3B1 (beside Quiet Reflections Massage) along the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts loop on Glades Road. Market goers can enjoy a festive, indoor holiday marketplace with local artisans selling honey, eggs, baked goods, preserves, a variety of unique handcrafted items and more, all while listening to live Christmas carols sung by Vicki Jones.

Wrap up the holiday shopping at the first annual Holiday Market and support local small business at the same time.

“This exciting and unique Holiday Market is a new part of a growing number of events and educational programs that you will see at the Gatlinburg Farmers Market in the future. The Gatlinburg Farmers Market hopes that this will become a great seasonal amenity and community event for the neighborhood and the surrounding areas,” said Joanne Overstreet, Gatlinburg Farmers Market president.

Join in celebrating the local holiday magic of the mountains and do a bit of holiday shopping for locally produced foods and crafts.
