Sheriff Seals Congratulates Officer on Governor’s Highway Safety Office Award

On Dec. 7, 2015, Lieutenant Gary Kent with the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office was honored with an award for East Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office Partner of the Year in recognition for dedicated support to the Governor’s Highway Safety Office and for commitment to saving lives in Sevier County. East Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office Law Enforcement Liaison Steve Dillard presented the award to Lieutenant Kent at the agency’s joint network meeting in Knoxville, Tenn.

Sheriff Ron Seals is proud of the long partnership that the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office has had over the years with the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety and is grateful for all they do for the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office and for this recognition of Lieutenant Kent’s dedication to their organization.
