Amber Alert Issued in East Tennessee for Constance Nichole Morris

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Amber Alert for 12-year-old Constance Nichole Morris.

Constance was last seen on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016 around 8:40 p.m. near Lower Rockwood Road in Rockwood, Tenn.

Constance was last seen on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016 around 8:40 p.m. near Lower Rockwood Road in Rockwood, Tenn.

She is 5’1” tall, weighs 155 lbs. with brownish black hair and hazel eyes. She has a lazy left eye. She was last known to be wearing a peach colored shirt, blue and black leggings, a black jacket, and brown UGG Boots. Constance also goes by the name Gabi.

A brown and tan Dodge Pickup was seen in the area.
