Sevier County Democratic Party to Host County Delegate Convention

The Sevier County Democratic Party will host its Democratic Party County Delegate Convention on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at the King Family Library to select delegates from the county to attend the District Convention, at which delegates will be selected to serve at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia this summer.

The doors open at 12 p.m. and the Convention will begin promptly at 1 p.m. The event is open to all registered voters in the county, supporters of the Democratic Party, and those who agree to support the nominee of the Democratic Party in the 2016 Presidential election. The party welcomes all who wish to participate in selecting Tennessee’s delegates to the Democratic National Convention to attend.
