Fairgrounds Yard Sale Event to Benefit Humane Society

The Sevier County Humane Society is preparing for a big yard sale event at the Sevier County Fairgrounds this weekend by collecting donations and renting yard sale booth space to sellers.

The shelter’s 8th Annual Yard Sale will be held 8 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2016 indoors in the Exhibit Hall at the Sevier County Fairgrounds, 754 Old Knoxville Highway in Sevierville, Tenn.

Shelter staff will be at the fairgrounds 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day, Tuesday, April 5 through Friday, April 8, setting up and accepting donations of items for the yard sale. The shelter is a 501c3 charity and donations are tax deductible.

Yard sale booth space is available for rent to individuals who wish to have their own yard sale at the event. Cost is $25 and includes two tables in the booth. Sellers can set up their yard sale booth late Friday afternoon in preparation for the sale. Space is limited. Call 817-455-9600 or 865-453-7000 to make a reservation.

All proceeds benefit the Sevier County Humane Society.
