Sevier County Sheriff, Family Searching for Missing Woman

The Sevier County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a woman reported missing from the Kodak/Dandridge area.

42-year-old Lorie King Huskey was last seen 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Douglas Dam overlook. She is a white female, 5’6″ tall and weighing 135 lbs. with brown hair and hazel eyes. According to authorities, Huskey is possibly endangered and left her home without money, purse or her cell phone. She has serious health issues.

Currently a resident of Dandridge, Tenn., Huskey has friends and familial ties to both Sevier and Jefferson Counties.

Huskey’s vehicle is also missing and described as a dark grey 2003 Ford Escape similar to the photos below. It has a Tennessee license plate on the rear and a front license plate that reads “Worlds Greatest Mom.” The front bumper is damaged and there are dents in left quarter panel by left taillight, says her friend.
