Spaces on Sale Now for Fall 2016 Sevierville Yard Sale

Reserve your booth space today for the Sevierville Yard Sale and turn all that clutter in your garage and closets into cash.

With the fall sale scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, vendor booth spaces just went on sale for the next Sevierville Yard Sale. Many vendors charge $20 per space and use the event as a fundraiser for their favorite local charity or cause.

Formerly called the Sevierville 10-Mile Yard Sale, the biannual event has grown year after year with vendors set up during the spring sale along US-411 from Sevierville all the way to Newport, Tenn.

The sale will run one day only, Oct. 15, 2016 from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m. along US-411 (Dolly Parton Parkway / Newport Highway) in Sevierville, starting at the Sevier Rescue Squad building and heading towards Newport.

Vendor booths can be found at homes and businesses along the route, as well as in nearby neighborhoods, but large groups of vendors set up at Sevier County High School, Walgreens and Foothills Furniture. The businesses Paradise Salon, Chambers Market, Chip’s Antiques, Real Deal Warehouse, Groceries & More and Sammy’s Auto Parts may also have vendor spaces for rent. Call individual businesses for space availability.

The DECA Club rents vendor space in the Sevier County High School parking lot as a fundraiser for the club. Call (865) 548-7223 to reserve a space there.

Foothills Furniture has 15×15 spaces available for $20 each. Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs or tents. A local charity will provide food concessions, so no food or drink sales can be made from booths. Spaces here sell out fast. Call (865) 429-8400.

The King Family Library is once again renting vendor spaces in its parking lot. Cost is $20 per parking space. If needed, a limited number of tables are also available for rent. All proceeds will benefit the SCPLS Friends of Libraries (King Family, Kodak and Seymour). A non-refundable, advance payment is required to reserve a space and tables, and must be made in person at the library. The library will also hold a book sale tht day. The King Family Library is located just two blocks off US-411, the main yard sale route, at 408 High Street in Sevierville. Call (865) 453-3532 for information.

  1. I wish you would have this on a different Saturday because it’s the same time Wears Valley has their fall festival every year.
