Cassie Stephens to Lead Sevierville Assisted Living and Memory Care Community

Dominion Senior Living is delighted to announce the addition of Cassie Stephens to its Sevierville assisted living and memory care community. Stephens has worked with seniors throughout her entire career. Starting out as a nurse, she cared for seniors’ medical needs daily, and was then promoted to director of nursing before becoming an administrator. Her medical background allows her to understand the care needs of seniors and make decisions with her team that will most benefit each resident. As executive director at Dominion Senior Living of Sevierville, Stephens will oversee all employees and procedures, look for ways for the residents to be involved in the community at large and invite organizations to share life with the seniors.

“I fell in love with working with seniors and have enjoyed positively impacting their lives throughout my career,” said Stephens. “I love Dominion Senior Living’s resident-centered approach of caring for seniors and am excited to be a part of their team, which is already doing wonderful things for families in Sevierville. One thing that stood out to me when I learned about the organization is that it is so resident-focused. Many places require seniors to adapt their lifestyle to the senior living community. I look forward to learning all I can from the leaders at Dominion Senior Living and serving our residents and their families daily.”

Stephens received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas, and her associate’s degree in nursing from Southern Arkansas University. She lives in Jefferson County with her husband, Greg, who recently retired from the Army, and their three sons.

“We are excited to welcome Cassie to the team in Sevierville and know her experience and personality will positively impact the families we serve,” said Josh Crisp, vice president of Dominion Senior Living. “As we look to further the success we’ve had in Sevierville, her background in nursing and caring for seniors with varying care needs is important to us, and we know our residents will continue to be in good hands with her leadership.”
