Slammed Cars Featured at Slammedenuff Gatlinburg Car Show

You may have already seen them rolling low and slow down the Gatlinburg Parkway. Slammed cars, customized cars that are low to the ground, are in town for a new car show called the Slammedenuff Gatlinburg.

According to show owner Charlan Buenaventura, Slammedenuff is an automotive lifestyle company he began after people frequently asked him if his car was “Slammedenuff,” meaning low or slammed to the ground.

“What started out in 2011 as a sticker passed around friends has now turned into a full time shop/store and automotive blog,” Buenaventura said.

The company now produces events showcasing that slammed car lifestyle, with shows earlier this year in Dallas, Atlanta and Memphis. Slammedenuff Gatlinburg is the fourth and final show in the 2016 tour.

See more than 160 slammed cars at Slammedenuff Gatlinburg on Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016 at the Gatlinburg Convention Center, 234 Historic Nature Trail (light #8) in Gatlinburg.

The show is open to the public 1 p.m. – 6 p.m. and admission is $20 per person. Kids less than 10 years old are admitted for free. Guests will enjoy food, live DJ, and more than 160 top quality cars from around the country.

Car show sponsors include Klutch Wheels, Concept One Wheels, Grip Royal, Funk Fashion and Patriot Vehicle Wraps.

Sevier County is no stranger to car shows, already drawing thousands of spectators each year for the Spring and Fall Rod Run, Corvette Expo, Pontiacs in Pigeon Forge, Jeep Invasion and Shades of the Past car shows. With the addition of Slammedenuff Gatlinburg, there is a car show for virtually every kind of car enthusiast.
