SmartBank Announces Officer Promotions in Sevier County

SmartBank, a subsidiary of SmartFinancial, Inc., recently announced officer promotions for the Sevier County Market.

Missy L. Williams

Missy L. Williams has been named Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administrator.

Missy L. Williams has been named Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administrator. Williams brings more than 16 years of financial experience to her position. A longtime resident of Sevier County, she is involved with the City of Sevierville Parks and Recreation department, including her help with the current Pet Safe Unleashed Dog Park project. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and traveling to historic locations with her husband, Lance, and two children, Evan and Cecelie.

Dustin Brackins

Dustin Brackins has been named First Vice President, Relationship Manager.

Dustin Brackins has been named First Vice President, Relationship Manager. Brackins brings several years of experience to his position, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Tusculum College and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from East Tennessee State University (ETSU). He is actively involved in his community including his role as Vice Chairman for the 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, Live It Ministries, and is a member of the Pigeon Forge Rotary Club. Brackins was the top finance major at ETSU from 2005 through 2006, and is a prospective May 2017 graduate from the LSU Graduate School of Banking. He and his wife, Colleen, and two children, Cortland and Ella, are members of Pathways Church.

Jennifer Minor

Jennifer Minor has been named Banking Officer, Credit Card Manager.

Jennifer Minor has been named Banking Officer, Credit Card Manager. She brings 25 years of financial experience to her position. Minor is a founding associate of SmartBank, in which she joined during January 2007 and has progressively been promoted for her achievements over the last decade. She is active in her community with the Sevier County Special Olympics Golf Tournament, in which she supports a recurring Special Olympic golfer. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with long time spouse, Claude, and is a member of Union Valley Missionary Baptist Church.

Linda Stewart

Linda Stewart has been named Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administrator.

Linda Stewart has been named Assistant Vice President, Senior Loan Administrator. She brings more than 25 years of financial experience to her position, including her involvement as a founding associate of SmartBank in July 2006. Stewart attended Walters State Community College, and is involved in her community with the Meals on Wheels program. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking and canoeing, as well as attending Laurel Church of Christ with her husband, Terry.

Staci Horner

Staci Horner has been named Banking Officer, Marketing Manager.

Staci Horner has been named Banking Officer, Marketing Manager. She joined the SmartBank team in 2013, and is a graduate from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. Additionally, she is a member of the 2015 class of Leadership Tomorrow. Horner is actively involved with organizations in her community, and currently serves as the Financial Advisor for Alpha Omicron Pi, Omicron Chapter, at the University of Tennessee. She and her husband, Eric, reside in Sevierville with their son, Jack, and are active members of Pathways Church.

Brittany King

Brittany King has been named Assistant Vice President, Assistant Controller.

Brittany King has been named Assistant Vice President, Assistant Controller. She joined SmartBank in 2011, and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Carson-Newman University. She is actively involved in her community, having volunteered at Trula Lawson Early Childhood Center, Special Education Summer School, Race for the Cure, Relay for Life, as well as teaching Junior Achievement courses.  In addition, she is on the YWCA Tribute to Women Committee.
