SCORE Workshop to Help Small Businesses Secure Government Contracts

Greater Knoxville SCORE will hold a free workshop on Thursday to help small businesses learn how to secure government contracts.

The session called “Winning Government Contracts,” will be held from 1-4 p.m. on May 18, 2017 at Lincoln Memorial University’s campus in Knoxville, located at Cedar Bluff Crossings, 421 Park 40 N. Blvd.

Among the participating agencies are the City of Knoxville, Knox County, Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation (KCDC), University of Tennessee Office of Procurement Services, Knoxville-Knox County Community Action Committee (CAC), Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), Metropolitan Knoxville Airport Authority and Vendor Registry.

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses through education and mentorship.
