American Legion Plans Veterans Bluegrass & Gospel Festival in Sevierville

The American Legion Post 104 is planning a two-day bluegrass & gospel festival in October at the Sevier County Fairgrounds.

The 1st Annual Veterans Bluegrass & Gospel Festival will be held October 20-21, 2017 at the Sevier County Fairgrounds, 754 Old Knoxville Highway in Sevierville, and is presented by the American Legion Post 104 in Sevierville and Wilson Pickins Promotions. Headlining the event are Lorraine Jordan & Carolina Road and Alan Bibey & Grasstowne. Food and craft vendor space is available.

Tickets may be purchased in advance and cost $25 for Friday, $35 for Saturday or a $55 combo ticket for entrance both days. Proceeds benefit American Legion programs that care for members, their families and community outreach.

The American Legion relies on community support. The organization is seeking sponsors, food vendors and crafters to participate in the festival. To register as a vendor, contact Post 104 at 865-908-4310 and ask for Candi Justillian for Food Vendor or Carolyn Wells for Craft Vendor opportunities.
