Dollywood Sevier County Resident Season Pass Special Offer

At a time of year when donations to the Sevier County Food Ministries tend to slow, Dollywood officials announced a special season pass offer for those who live or work in Sevier County, with a portion of the proceeds going to support the food ministry in this crucial time.

From Feb. 10-16 only, Sevier County residents—or those who work in the county—may purchase a 2020 season pass online for $65 plus tax, with $5 from every pass going to the food ministry. The regular price for a Dollywood season pass is $139 plus tax. The discount also applies to Dollywood super passes, which allow passholders the opportunity to enjoy both Dollywood’s 35th anniversary season and the 20th season at Dollywood’s Splash Country. The special price for the super pass is $115 plus tax; the regular price is $189 plus tax.

The passes only may be purchased online Feb. 10-16 at Dollywood.com/SevierCountySeasonPass or by calling 865-428-9488.

“Jim Davis (Sevier County Food Ministries Director) always shares with us that the winter months are the hardest for his ministry,” explained Carol Agee, Dollywood Community Affairs and Philanthropy Manager. “After we presented our most recent check to the food ministry in December, he told us it is the early part of the year when it can be a struggle to provide for the needs of those visiting. He said giving typically slows because people aren’t thinking as much about charitable contributions after the holidays.

“We wanted to help Jim and his staff gather more funds. Last season we held an additional Sevier County Days to do this, but this year we wanted to give an added benefit to those who gave. This special offer allows us to give anyone who lives or works in the county a chance to celebrate our 35th anniversary season with us, but more importantly, it lets them help their neighbors who may need assistance during this time of year.”

This offer is only available for guests who can prove residency or employment in Sevier County, Tennessee. The purchaser must be able to show a state or federal photo ID at the Dollywood front gate ticket windows to validate and process all season passes purchased. Passes must be validated before or during the guest’s first visit to the park. All passholders must be present with Sevier County resident or worker to process and receive their season pass card.

Residents may show an electric or water bill, or personal checking account information to verify. Workers can show a computer generated payroll stub or check dated within the last 30 days. Accepted Sevier County zip codes are: 37722, 37725, 37820, 37738, 37764, 37862, 37864, 37871, 37863, 37868, 37865, 37871, and 37876.

Dollywood first started giving to Sevier County Food Ministries in 1998. Since that time, total contributions to the program are more than $1.3 million.
