Sevier County Court Schedule Changes Due to Coronavirus

Sevier County officials issued the following notice that certain court proceedings are impacted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Due to the Tennessee Supreme Court’s order to suspend most in-person court judicial proceedings through March 31, 2020, https://www.tncourts.gov/, Sevier County court will have the following schedule:

  • Non-jail defendants scheduled to appear in Sevier County Circuit Court the week of Monday, March 16 should contact their attorneys or their bonding company for information about rescheduling
  • Orders of Protection will remain for March 20 
  • All civil court will be continued to be reset
  • Child support court will be continued to be reset

  • Non-jail defendants scheduled to appear in Sevier County General Sessions Court, Criminal and Civil Divisions, the week of Monday, March 16 should contact the Sevier County General Sessions Court Clerk at 865-453-6116 for information about rescheduling
  • Those in non-detention juvenile cases should call 453-5284 for information about rescheduling
