Sevier County Sheriff Hosting Spooktacular Block Party

Sheriff Ron Seals invites Sevier County residents to his Spooktacular Block Party, a free and safe environment for youth to spend their Halloween night.

This year’s Spooktacular Block Party will be held 5–9 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2018 at the Sevier County Jail and Courthouse area in Downtown Sevierville. The event is offered at no cost for Sevier County residents and their entire families. Children will have the opportunity to trick-or-treat with local fire, police, emergency services, and other government agencies that work within Sevier County.

This event was extremely successful last Halloween, with well over 5,000 people attending.

After seeing last year’s huge turnout and overwhelming support from the citizens of Sevier County, Sheriff Seals would like to invite ALL local agencies to participate in this year’s event. It will be a great opportunity for your agency/office to connect with local citizens. If your agency/office would like to be part of this great opportunity to serve our local youth, please RSVP at http://www.seviercountysheriff.com/halloween-block-party.html If you would like to participate, please bring candy, stickers, promotional items, safety booklets, and/or general information about your agency/office. This year we will also be judging for best decorated booth, vehicle, and costume.

If you have any questions, contact the Sevier County Sheriff’s Office of Community Relations at 865-774-3958 or email pdavis@seviercountytn.gov and lloveday@seviercountytn.gov
